To ensure we can serve everyone efficiently, we seat guests simultaneously, making punctuality essential. We suggest arriving at the restaurant about 10 minutes before your reservation to help us maintain excellent service for everyone.
Our dress code is smart casual, so you don’t need to wear formal attire, but please steer clear of tank tops, flip-flops, or beachwear.
Our dishes are often delicate and refined, and we want you to savor every bite. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to wear strong-scented perfume or cologne, as it can impact your own or others’ enjoyment of our food.
Please inform us of any allergies you or your group may have when booking reservations.
When you sit down, you’ll receive a hot oshibori towel. Additionally, when we start serving nigiri, we’ll give you a small towel for your fingers—use it to clean your hands between pieces.
For appetizers and cooked dishes, feel free to use chopsticks or silverware. When it comes to Nigiri and other sushi, you can use either your hands or chopsticks—whatever you prefer. The key is to eat Nigiri as soon as it’s served, ideally in a single bite!
We all enjoy snapping pictures of our meals (our eyes/phones come first), but it’s best to start eating as soon as your food is served. Omakase is served at the counter so that you can eat it right after it leaves the Chef’s hands!
The Chef will usually indicate which toppings and sauces go with each dish. Our nigiri is already prepared with soy sauce or other toppings, so there’s no need to add more sauce. If you’re unsure how to enjoy a particular item, don’t hesitate to ask our Chef!
Pickled ginger, also known as gari, will be provided in a small dish in front of you. This ginger is used to cleanse your palate between different dishes.
